Too short, no adjustment length

The fit of the hardware is so tight on the fabric of the collar that adjusting the collar to its longest is very difficult. There is not enough length to the collars to allow for adjusting the fit. Both collars ordered are to tight on my dogs.

Hi there! Sorry for the fit on the collars. Our customer service team will be reaching out to get you helped out with those! Way too nice of collars to sit around without being usable. With regard to adjusting the collars, we don't recommend pulling the buckle to get the slide to move, we recommend feeding the webbing in by hand to get it loose and then adjusting to size. While being able to adjust by pulling would be easier, it would also allow the collar to expand while on your dog which wouldn't be ideal. Please let us know if we can help with anything else!

I feel like i was scammed

I feel like i was ripped off I ordered m the Extreme on recommendation from customer support because they were supposed to be all metal hardware but the part that broke on my previous collar was still plastic on this extreme for double the cost. There was no reason to upgrade my dogs collar to the extreme.

Hey Dustin, sorry for the issues with that and thanks for the explanation on the slide adjuster breaking. We can get you one with a metal slide adjuster and send a return envelope for the one you received (used condition is fine as this was our fault). While the plastic adjusters generally don't break, they can and we certainly don't want that happening to you again. Our customer service team will be in touch!
