Please note: Accurate size is needed (note if your dog is a puppy and still growing). Your personalized 1 inch dog collar will be custom-made-to-order and when possible will have 1-2 inches to move up or down. Returns will not be accepted due to incorrect size being input. Shipping was quick and build time wasn’t terrible. The only problem was, the buckle on the collar I received was not what I ordered. I ordered the tactical buckle but received the standard plastic buckle. Tactipup immediately apologized and is building me a new one free of charge.
