The quality of the collar is amazing. We have used this collar before for or other dog. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong FI parts. The company was quick with there response and was able to help replace the hardware!
Product and customer service were amazing. We had to get an another collar after we shortly after we purchased one through TactiPup (our own fault) and customer service was 11/10! Seriously the best customer service we’ve dealt with. Quality of collar is very good and looks awesome!
