Wow! What a great company! I purchased a traffic lead for my puppy and he chewed it up. There is an option to send the lead back and get it repaired for a really reasonable cost! All fixed!

I just love this company. The quality of the product is outstanding, and they stand behind their work. They even go out of their way to help customers when the customer makes a mistake, which is what I did this time in ordering the wrong size. They remade the collars for me for a very fair fee with using recycled hardware. Recycled in this case means that I salvaged all of the hardware from the collars (wrong size because of me) they had just shipped me. I shipped the hardware back to them and they remade the collars. The new collars are fantastic as usual. I think I've ordered 8-10 collars from them and a couple of leashes. All were exceptional work! Thank you Tactipup team for another great experience!
