I have just received the new collar for my dog, and I am very pleased with its appearance. Both the collar and the buckle are exceptionally well-crafted. The company provided excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient process, and delivered the collar in a timely fashion.
Collar is great. Amazing quality. I did need help from customer (nothing they did, I had questions). Incredibly helpful. I feel like the price is great for the buyer but a terrible price point for them. This is so durable and you can clean it. It’s going to last far longer than any other collar you could purchase

I initially had the basic collar. My dog managed to take it off and chewed on it. Sarah was very helpful and quick. Thanks for the upgrade option. We're very happy with the cobra buckle and the personalized name tag.
