Personalized Extreme 2 inch Dog Collar with Handle

Hi Kevin, we're really sorry for the delay and the frustration this has caused. We understand how important it is to receive your order promptly. I see that you've been communicating with our customer support team, and she informed you that we can change to a different shipment method upon request - USPS Ground Advantage will always be default, but we understand that some customers require Priority or Express. Normally, APO, FPO, and DPO don't take this long to deliver with Ground Advantage, but that depends solely on the delivery location/the current timeframes within USPS (unfortunately, UPS and FedEx aren't an option with military addresses). We're always willing to work with our customers to change shipping methods if we are contacted before the order goes out the door. However, once the order has left our shop, it's unfortunately no longer in our control.

I just checked into your tracking information, and I see that you placed your order on May 6th, and the tracking updated that it was sent overseas on May 23rd. We are going on the 3 week mark for no further updates, which is uncommon and I apologize again for the inconvenience of this. I just followed up with you personally to work through this with you. Sorry again for the inconvenience!

We can definitely make a collar with room for growth upon request, or can make a personalized suggestion for you if you email our customer support team with your puppies breed, age, and current neck size. Here's some general information about how our collar sizing works:

Our Personalized 1', 2', and handle model collars will offer about 2' of upward adjustability from the size ordered, and will feature some downward adjustability as well when possible. Larger sized collars will feature more downward adjustability than smaller ones. For example, a size 17.5' (smallest we offer for handle models) will go up to 19.5' but will have little to no downward adjustability. However, a size 24' collar will go up to 26', and down a couple inches as well since there's more room to work with. If you're ordering an exact size collar and your pup is growing, be sure to enter current neck size and then mention breed + age in the 'build notes' section. That will let us know to bump up the size to accommodate for growth!

All of our collars that are offered in ranged sizing will offer that exact adjustability range provided, so the 17.5-23.5' size will be 17.5' at the smallest size + 23.5' at the largest size. If your dog is growing and currently fits into two sizes, go with the larger size!
