Patches were great
My little Gremlin of a pup somehow got the flag off his collar & chewed it up. Initially, I did not see the patches for sale on the Tactipup website, So I wrote Customer Service inquiring. Then I found the patches after all & ordered two. When customer service wrote me to tell me where to find the patches, they also extended a very generous one time offer to waive the shipping cost! I said thank you so much. That is so kind of you, but I already ordered the patches. Maybe next time. Well…much to my surprise, the shipping cost was credited to my account immediately following our correspondence!!!! This is the second time I have had to contact customer service because of something on MY end. BOTH times Tactipup went WAY above and beyond to help me out. Their products may be a little pricier than others BUT the quality of the product and outstanding customer service is well worth EVERY penny!!!! Thank you Tactipup!!!! I look forward to my next purchase 🐾🐾
