Great quality! This is the second time I’ve ordered from Tacti Pup. The first for my dog Il’ve had for 4 years, and now for the new puppy I am getting. The older collar has held up great and I know the new one will too! And they also look so good!

Advertised that their custom collar would fit my E-Collar transmitter and it does not: I am not upset about this. I am upset that when I reached out to their customer service they are charging me $40 to fix it. I am an influencer and I have several companies that use customer service to retain our customers. I’ll pay it, but not happy about it, Collar is good quality, but do not expect customer service.

This is my first Tactipup collar. I bought it to prevent my golden retriever"s Fi 2 device from falling off & getting lost. The collar is beautiful & made with excellent craftsmanship. The colors are bright. His name is easy to read. Customer service is easy to contact. They respond quickly.
He stopped wearing this collar when Fi 3 was released. I love this collar so much that I bought a second collar without the Fi 2 attachment.
