My first collar was still in perfect shape, but my pup had outgrown it. The customer service folks were very helpful in helping me size up. These collars are extremely well made. The Fi unit is easily chargeable without removing it from the collar and I like the protective band that goes over it so it can’t fall off.
The is is my second time ordering my fur kids’ collars. Happy on you first and happiest the second time. Quality is amazing! Very honest with the timeframe too. I don’t mind waiting cuz it’s worth it. Thank you!
