Love the collar, the look, the colors. Fits our dog perfectly. I like that the Fi tracker tucks nicely behind the name. Would have been 5 stars but it taking over a month to receive was pretty long.

Regarding the turnaround time, I apologize for the long wait and we appreciate your patience! During the holidays, our turnaround time can definitely increase quite a bit as we hit the Black Friday/Christmas rush. However, we do our best to keep that as low as possible by implementing mandatory overtime (50 hr/weeks) for our team throughout the first few weeks of December. Normally, we do operate at a 2 week or less turnaround time throughout the rest of the year, though!
