Seems to be really flimsy and poorly made for the price, definitely looks amazing but probably wouldn’t pay for another tacti pup collar again.
Absolutely love these collars! My dogs are rough on their collars and these are tough enough for them to wear all the time.
The FI transponder isn’t easy to remove to charge because it’s covered up.
Hi David, thanks for sharing your feedback! I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with charging your pups Fi device while it's on your pups collar. We designed this model so that it's possible to charge the device while leaving it attached to the collar - you can simply slide the charging base between the collar webbing and the Fi unit, and you should be good to go! I sent you an email with some photo examples so you can see what I mean as well. If you have any further issues, please let us know! Thank you for choosing Tactipup!
love these collars. very robust, easy to get the Fi link in and out.
Second collar from here. Amazing quality. Will order again in future.
