The Tactipup Extreme harness is designed for people who need or simply want the best possible harness for their dog. This harness is constructed with the best materials we could get our hands on and features 2 AustriAlpin Cobra buckles for easy on/off. Many designs on the market today have one buckle, requiring you to put the harness over the dog's head and lift one of the dog's front legs up and through the front loop before allowing you to secure the harness. Our patent pending design allows you to put the harness over the dog's head, pass the chest plate through their front legs, and then buckle each side. If your dog is reactive, amped, or generally difficult to manage, this will make your life significantly easier.

Sizing Guide:
Small: Dogs/Puppies 30-45 lbs with chest girth of 21 - 27 inches (note, the small harness is made with 1" wide shoulder and belly straps and the 1" AustriAlpin Cobra Buckles)
Medium: Dogs 45-65 lbs with chest girth of 25-32 inches
Large: Dogs 61-88 lbs with chest girth of 28-37 inches
X-Large: Dogs 88 - 150 lbs with chest girth of 32-45 inches
We bought this harness and leash to replace the other four we have for him that he can get out of. He got out of his old harness twice by twisting the leash. Not an issue with this setup!!! He’s TRIED to get it off, and he can’t! Yay!!!!!!! Anyone with large dogs really needs these!!

It is a quality hand built harness. My dog also has the 2" collar. It would be nice to add a couple more measurements onto the order form. My Rott almost could use a XXL size as his chest and neck are real think. It would also be nice to see the same lead attachment ring as the 2" collar uses. I am pretty sure my harness cannot be altered so if I ordered again I would inquire about getting a custom built harness but i hope my dog is done growing. All is all the Tactipup products are top notch and they are made in the USA! A+ for sure.
Out of the box the LG. Extreme Harness fix our year old 71 lb. Boxer. Metal buckles make easy work to clip on or off without much effort. Handle & bottom support gives the boost we were looking for when coming to boat docks on Extreme low tide & assistance is needed to help him to dock.
