My dog lost his original collar in the creek near our house. I asked to just have a replacement made, but to my surprise they wanted to know more about how it was lost. I know for certain that my dog losing it was at no fault to the color or company. I'm so impressed that they wanted to know more and how they could maybe improve. They then suggested the metal buckle instead because it's stronger, and provided me with a discount. I honestly have not received customer service this great in years. It makes me want to buy one for every dog that I know!

The craftsmanship of the collars is beautiful and amazing! Customer service is great! I ordered a collar and leash set to see how I liked them and I loved them so much I just placed my second order for my other dogs!! I will be getting all my things from this company moving forward!
