I bought a collar from yall and I actually got the wrong size (which was my fault ) so I reached out to yall about an extension and yall didn't have one BUT, yall were really awesome and sent me a bigger size ,same collar. I thought that this was really really great customer service, and I'll be ordering from tacipup for all my dog needs from now on..... thank you tactipup!!!
