Tactipup really went the extra mile. I did not measure my dogs neck correctly. They were able to send me a new collar at a fraction of the price. I just had to return the hardware from the useless collar. Staff walked me through the steps.

I have always wanted to get a Tactipup collar, and when I finally got one for my german shepherd the quality and design did not disappoint. The style, durability, and safety of this collar is what makes it worth it, but the main reason I am writing this review is to talk about the customer service. I originally bought the Coyote Brown color with Black writing, but I didn’t personally like how it went with my dog's army green harness. I contacted Tactipup about the situation and they gave me a discount to reuse the same hardware but then go with the Army Green color with White writing. I kept his old Coyote Brown material and attached it to his crate as a name tag not to waste it, and now his new Army Green one fits him perfectly. Thank you so much to the team at Tactipup.

When I made my second purchase with this company I was really excited to be upgrading my boys collar that I completely forget to double check what I was getting and I ended up with the wrong color due to my negligence, however with a little bit of hope I emailed tactipup and surprisingly, they agreed to help fix my mistake.
