Great service. Superb quality. Colors are vibrant. Seems very well constructed. Measurements are true; don’t think you need to add an inch or two “just in case.” I actually wanted the personalized handle collar, but it doesn’t come small enough. So I got the plain handle collar and name patch. The Velcro is strong, and I don’t think the patch will come off. The collar is probably more collar than I need, but the handle is comfortable in my hand and seems perfect for holding my girl on the dock until ready to “Go!” I’m very happy with this collar. So glad the little Texas flag patch fit.

High quality and well made, I suspect if the correct size was ordered it would restrain a grizzly. Word of advice, read the collar webpage. After the fact I found I should have made contact as my dog's neck size was near the lower limit of the collar, that was on me but I made do. Great collar!

Love this product - high quality, heavy duty. Only wish I have if there was an option to have the inside of the collar padded - the nylon is rough on my dog and he is always scratching.
