Great quality! This is the second time I’ve ordered from Tacti Pup. The first for my dog Il’ve had for 4 years, and now for the new puppy I am getting. The older collar has held up great and I know the new one will too! And they also look so good!

Advertised that their custom collar would fit my E-Collar transmitter and it does not: I am not upset about this. I am upset that when I reached out to their customer service they are charging me $40 to fix it. I am an influencer and I have several companies that use customer service to retain our customers. I’ll pay it, but not happy about it, Collar is good quality, but do not expect customer service.
